Horn with interchangeable parts for every BLAKE stitching.
New cutting edge manufacturing Tecnique for constructing arm (horn) for Blake sewing machines that revolutionise production costs and times for footwear manufacturers!
Using this Process Falan can supply its customer with a steel horn made from a number of assembled pieces instead of a cast iron horn in one piece made by casting.
The latter, a non-standard item only produce on commission, requires a specific blueprint and design and the making of a wooden model. In the case of the steel arm, only one piece needs to be made in the case of substitution (a real saving...). Finally, when specially designed horns are required for special stitching jobs, this type of component can still be made at an inferior cost and time respect to the traditional system.
The Idea means it is now possible to make horns that, thanks to their design, can either be used as supplied or modified by substituting some of their parts to carry out production runs that range from traditional footwear models to the more outlandish lines.
